===Backstory========================================================================

Created during Britannia's early stages but activated during its near-completion, Timothy is the royal and loyal butler of Ryan Cornelius Weever, acting as his father figure and mentor, as well as soldier in certain situations. Witnessing his master's calculus approach to battles has made the butler learn emotions faster than predicted, fearing it would overcome Ryan's logical thinking. To wear his mind off a bit, Timothy decided to also give his services to Seymour whenever needed, an idea Ryan highly approved, so his brother wouldn't be alone all the time. However, even Seymour's company wasn't enough to calm Timothy, as despite loyally serving his role as a councilman in the city of Britannia, he still sees disaster on the horizon, but is unable to react any further than serving the afternoon tea.


=== Personality====================================================================

Timothy is noble and compassionate, in contrast to his master's harsher, aggressive attitude, designed so exactly as a counterbalance. Loyal and dedicated to his work and creator, he speaks in an outspoken refined tone even in the heat of battle, since it is hard for him to actually lose his temper at anything, even his master's archenemies. When he does lose patience and calm, however, he loses the refinement as well and confronts the problem straightly, going as far as to take measures into his own hands to make sure it is solved as swiftly as possible.

Timothy was the last elected Councilman, representing Ryan's most sacred aspect, his family. The butler acts as Ryan's moral support and father figure out of empathy and need, since Weever himself fears losing his sense of morality when fighting opponents. Timothy is wise and aids Ryan however possible, and despite his loyalty, he is aware of his master's imperfections, and defends that the path of vengeance is not the best one to take.

Sadly, there is nothing he can really do to stop it, since he owes Ryan his very existence, and secretly longs to know what emotions truly feel like.
